Exciting Opportunity in Water Operations Centre

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the operation of the local community's water and sewer system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system availability, configuration, and performance in real-time
  • Proactively control system operations to minimise failures and prioritise work orders
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to field staff as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate IV qualification in Engineering or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in water and/or sewage network management
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence
  • Experience and understanding of operational management of distributed networks of assets

Requirements and Benefits:

  • Ability to effectively utilise information technology, including computerised control & monitoring systems (e.g. SCADA) and geographical information systems
  • Dynamic and customer-focused team environment
