Global Mobility Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the full lifecycle of international workforce transitions.

  • Develop and implement effective global mobility strategies that ensure compliance and enhance the employee experience across borders.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR partners, to provide expert guidance on global mobility programs, policy compliance, and strategic talent mobility.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with global mobility, including immigration matters, employer taxes, relocation management, and third-party provider coordination.
  • Provide regular insights on global mobility trends and best practices to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience providing expert competence in global mobility, with a strong background in immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations, assignment lifecycle, relocation management, and third-party provider coordination.
  • Experience handling inter-country transfers across Asia Pacific Region (APAC) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, responsiveness to dynamic business environments, and excellent communication skills to provide guidance and advice to diverse stakeholders.
  • Initiative-driven, proactive, and autonomous worker who can work effectively in a global environment.
