Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic travel expert to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences across the globe — from luxury escapes to cultural adventures, family holidays, and beyond.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients explore international destinations with confidence and ease. Your role will involve crafting personalized travel plans that include global destinations, international flights, accommodations, tours, and excursions.

You will be responsible for managing and confirming all elements of international travel through various supplier systems and booking platforms. This includes providing clients with destination-specific insights such as visa requirements, cultural tips, currency, and safety guidelines.

You will also act as the main point of contact throughout the travel journey, providing assistance before, during, and after the trip.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
  • A strong interest in international destinations and cultures is essential.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills are required.
  • You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a remote setting.
  • Tech-savviness and the ability to learn online booking tools are necessary.
  • A passion for global travel and helping others explore the world is a must.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
