About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our Global Mobility program forward. As a Senior Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization's global workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to navigate complex immigration regulations, develop effective stakeholder relationships, and provide strategic guidance on global mobility trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing the Global Expatriate Management Cycle, ensuring strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Engage actively with assignees to foster a culture of engagement and regular connections.
  • Maintain and develop key stakeholder relationships globally, driving collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with Global Mobility, including immigration matters, employer taxes, and relocation management.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Global Mobility Standards interpretation for long-term and short-term international assignments, permanent relocations, external international hires, project workers, and frequent business travelers.
  • Promote organizational awareness of Global Mobility trends and insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for APAC Immigration-related matters for international moves to and within the region.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Mobility Leader on immigration and relocation operational program enhancements and projects.
