As a key figure in our childcare centre, the Group Facilitator is responsible for creating a stimulating environment for children and implementing high-quality programs that meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and education to children.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality programs that cater to diverse interests.
  • Foster positive relationships with families, colleagues, and children.
  • Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working in a childcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
