Group Facilitator Opportunity

We seek a skilled professional to run group sessions for children and parents, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will be available to work on a casual basis, offering day, afternoon or evening sessions. Flexibility is key in this role, with the opportunity to deliver various programs including:

  • Triple P
  • 1,2,3 Magic
  • Circle of Security
  • Cool Kids
  • Tuning into Kids
  • Social Emotional Groups
  • Social Skills
  • Anxiety Management Skills

This role offers a rewarding clinical caseload, working with clients from diverse backgrounds. As a Group Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of an experienced clinician, who can provide guidance and support in your professional growth.

Our clinic is conveniently located in South West Sydney Bankstown, with easy access to public transport and ample parking.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as psychology or social work
  • Experience in group facilitation and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
