Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Training Content Specialist to create engaging and effective learning experiences for complex systems.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to design, develop, and maintain high-quality training materials across multiple systems and user groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage comprehensive training content aligned with system release cycles using Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex concepts into accessible training
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for training lifecycle management
  • Develop content in line with CMI5 or other relevant eLearning standards
  • Foster partnerships with external training bodies to ensure broader alignment
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)
  • Diploma or higher in ICT or related field
  • Proven expertise in technical training development within VET or complex environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with CMI5 content development
  • Knowledge of Jira, change management, or systems engineering principles
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
