As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining training materials across multiple systems and user groups. You will work closely with engineers, developers, and technical writers to translate technical content into accessible training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training materials across multiple systems and user groups
  • Align training delivery with system release cycles using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and technical writers to translate technical content into accessible training
  • Establish and manage a governance framework for training lifecycle management
  • Produce content to CMI5 or other relevant eLearning standards
  • Engage with external training bodies to ensure broader training alignment

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)
  • Diploma or higher in ICT or related discipline
  • Proven experience in technical training development within VET or complex environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Must hold an NV1 security clearance (Australian citizen)

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with CMI5 content development
  • Exposure to Jira, change management, or systems engineering
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles or sustainment organisations
