Training Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Training Developer to create high-quality training content for our complex information systems. This role demands expertise in designing and developing user-focused learning experiences in a fast-paced Agile environment.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will develop and maintain training materials across multiple systems and user groups, aligning delivery with system release cycles using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Collaboration with engineers, developers, and technical writers is required to translate technical content into accessible training.
  • A governance framework for training lifecycle management will be established and managed by the successful candidate.
  • Produce content to CMI5 or other relevant eLearning standards.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)
  • Diploma or higher in ICT or related discipline
  • Proven experience in technical training development within VET or complex environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • NV1 security clearance (Australian citizen)
