Senior Team Leader

We're seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader to drive performance, optimize efficiency, and meet service KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes.

About the Role
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drivers to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient service delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with drivers, aligning performance and profitability with customer expectations.
  • Drive ongoing training, coaching, and compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with national safety and service standards.
  • Champion operational excellence by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in contractor or field team management, preferably within transport or logistics.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Deep understanding of safety compliance, operational KPIs, and cost-performance balance.
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical solutions.
