**Job Description**

The APS5 Warehousing and Distribution Officer role is accountable for complex inventory management work within an integrated workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including managing inventory levels, coordinating maintenance and repair on inventory, and providing advice to stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. The APS5 Warehousing and Distribution Officer will also need to have excellent communication skills, particularly in preparing responses to correspondence, briefs and reports for management.

Additionally, this role involves building and sustaining effective relationships with team members and key stakeholders to achieve desired results.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience working in a similar role ensuring the alignment of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in successfully managing complex logistical tasks that demonstrate a high degree of inventory accuracy, accountability and transparency.
  • Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, especially in preparing responses to correspondence, briefs and reports for management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective relationships with team members and key stakeholders to achieve desired results.
