Job Title: Logistics and Inventory Coordinator About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to support our manufacturing and distribution operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with site's planning team and quality teams to ensure manufacturing plan is aligned with client demands.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure released products are promptly dispatched in alignment with market requirements.
  • Audit and verify documentation to finance team and any quality documents such as COAs to Quality team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate shipping invoices and packing lists to logistics centres/markets as required.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
