We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at our Eight Mile Plains office.

As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our client services. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and managing client invoices and documents
  • Maintaining project logs and tracking workflow
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Scheduling works and managing client portal documentation
  • Validating and processing supplier invoices
  • Creating purchase orders and jobs
  • Filing electronic documents and maintaining accurate records

You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and experience in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.
