Key Responsibilities
  • Avoid Assessing client/family spiritual and emotional needs and developing a spiritual care plan
  • Providing spiritual and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Liaising with religious/spiritual leaders to coordinate spiritual support where appropriate
  • Providing prayerful spiritual/emotional support to team members
  • Training team members in areas related to pastoral care
  • Working with team members to extend their skills in meeting spiritual needs
  • Participating in staff meetings, in-services, expos, and other events
  • Regularly meeting with local service managers and team members
