Our organization is seeking a Senior Spiritual Leader to serve for 1 year, with the option to extend for another year. This role will be pivotal in guiding our community towards a deeper understanding and connection with the Holy Spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Biblical Character: The successful candidate must demonstrate Biblical character as outlined in 1 Tim 3 and Titus 1.
  • Leadership: Lead the church in understanding the role of the Holy Spirit in personal ministry and church life.
  • Teaching and Preaching: Preach and teach the full counsel of God as revealed in Scripture.
  • Support and Empowerment: Support and empower ministry leaders in outreach activities.
  • Pastoral Care: Lead the Pastoral care team.
  • Culture Development: Develop our 'heart' culture by fostering hearts that draw close to God, love others, and be a blessing to the community.

The Senior Spiritual Leader will be supported by a strong Church Leadership Team.

This position requires a deep understanding of spiritual principles and practices.
