Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Adelaide office. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support, including editing, drafting, and preparing documents and presentations.
  • Manage finance requirements, including client invoicing, processing supplier invoices, and arranging trust payments.
  • File management, including opening, closing, and archiving matter files, conflict checking, and fee agreements.
  • General administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, electronic and hard copy filing, and mail.
  • Backup Reception support, assisting with leave cover and office events.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for legal support. You will have:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and finance software.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
