Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to provide support to our concrete business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide technical solutions to complex design challenges
  • Support Sales and Operations teams to enhance product offerings and quality
  • Analyze and review product performance, modifying products as needed and developing new products to meet customer requirements
  • Involvement in the specification and tender review process to ensure product offerings meet customer requirements
  • Support trial mix/RnD programs, including development of new products, assessment of raw materials and registration of products under recognized industry schemes

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license for travel between sites
  • Construction Materials industry experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Advanced MS Excel skills and formal report writing using MS Word
  • Proven experience in a Concrete Technical role
