Quality Hearing Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to provide quality hearing healthcare outcomes for our clients. As a Quality Hearing Healthcare Assistant, you will collaborate with clinicians and clinic coordinators to learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.

You will support teleclinicans during hearing appointments, including video check-ups and speech testing, while managing equipment and IT required for video conferencing, fitting of hearing aids, minor repairs, and device troubleshooting. With your knowledge and skills, you will expertly apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best possible solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinicians and clinic coordinators to provide quality hearing health care outcomes
  • Support teleclinicans during hearing appointments, including video check-ups and speech testing
  • Manage equipment and IT required for video conferencing, fitting of hearing aids, minor repairs, and device troubleshooting
  • Apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure the best possible solutions
Requirements:
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience in a hearing care services environment
  • Experience working with an older demographic
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
  • Higher School Certificate or TAFE qualification
  • Advanced computer skills
