Sound Health Assistant Role

We are seeking an organized and customer-centric individual to provide quality hearing healthcare outcomes for clients in a part-time role.

  • Collaborate with Clinicians and Coordinators to deliver effective hearing solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
  • Support Teleclinician with hands-on support during appointments, including video check-ups and speech testing.
  • Manage equipment and IT required for video conferencing, hearing aid fittings, and device troubleshooting.
  • Apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure the best possible solutions.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience in hearing care services or allied health.
  • Experience working with older demographics, preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients' hearing journeys.
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
  • Advanced computer skills.
