Job Title: Strategic Initiatives and Delivery Lead

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Pacific Investments team. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The successful candidate will drive business transformation and lead strategic initiatives, including Project Everest, by providing hands-on contributions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global colleagues.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the initiative lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, alignment on project goals, and timely progress updates.
  • Oversee delivery across a comprehensive change portfolio, setting milestones, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks to ensure projects meet organizational objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, representing the Pacific Operating Office locally and globally to foster positive outcomes and a culture of accountability.


Required skills and qualifications:

For this role, we are looking for a professional with a degree in Project Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, with 7-10 years of experience in investment or asset management, and a strong background in investment operations, management, or data management. The ideal candidate should also have proven experience leading strategic and transformation initiatives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality.
