Fashion Editor Role

We are seeking a seasoned fashion expert to join our team as a Fashion Editor. This role requires someone who is passionate about fashion and has the skills to create engaging content that resonates with audiences.

Crafting Compelling Fashion Stories
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and curating fashion stories across various digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging formats. They will work closely with other teams to ensure that fashion content aligns with broader campaigns and contributes to cohesive multi-category storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling fashion stories and trends, showcasing the brand's expertise and style.
  • Curate and create engaging content, including captions, video scripts, and styling tutorials.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging global and local trends, translating them into relevant content opportunities.
  • Present on-camera for fashion shoots, GRWMs, styling tutorials, and campaign content.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to drive fashion storytelling and optimize content performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fashion editorial, styling, or fashion media.
  • Excellent styling skills and ability to translate them for a digital audience.
  • Comfortable and confident on-camera, with experience presenting tutorials, edits, and trend breakdowns.
  • Social native with understanding of how to create engaging content that drives interaction.
  • Always up-to-date with emerging trends, from runways to street style, and able to make them relevant to an Australian audience.
  • Combines creative thinking with sharp copywriting and content ideation skills.
  • Collaborative, fast-moving, and thrives in a creative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
