Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Clinical Care: Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
  2. Wound Management: Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
  3. Health Care Planning: Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
  4. Pain Management: Addressing pain concerns and implementing pain management strategies.
  5. Emergency Response: Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.
  6. End-of-Life Care: Providing comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
