Job Description

At KPMG, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Real Estate Advisory and Transactions team as a Manager or Associate Director. This role will play a key part in supporting our opportunities in the market by providing commercial and financial advice to clients on large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects.

Your Opportunity
  • Support clients in the assessment, analysis, valuation, and procurement of assets to support their financial, commercial, service delivery, and corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with KPMG specialists across a range of disciplines to provide integrated solutions for clients.
  • Manage client engagements, coach, and develop junior staff and client resources, and support market growth opportunities.
  • Deliver precincts tied to many of Australia's largest and most complex real estate, place, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver commercial advice on complex transactions, business cases, pre/feasibility studies, options analysis, and financial models to support client transactions and projects.
  • Prepare briefing documentation for tenders, submissions, and investor memorandums, run financial models, support transaction strategy and assessment.
  • Prepare client deliverables, business cases, feasibility studies, reports, presentations, or financial assessments to support client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven recent experience across (or a strong interest in) the real estate, mixed use development, place and placemaking environments, with a focus on investment and decision-making areas.
  • Recent professional experience in corporate advisory, management consultancy or similar environments.
