Job Description

As a Multi-Service HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless facility operations. Your strong background in HVAC/Mechanical maintenance and operations, combined with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, will enable you to oversee and maintain critical systems during assigned shifts.

  • Perform technical work on building services equipment in accordance with safety, quality, and customer standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC/Mechanical systems, including compressors, pumps, water treatment systems, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
  • Quickly respond to and troubleshoot mechanical faults or breakdowns, implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including shift logs, system performance, and repair tasks.
