Mechanical Maintenance Planning Leader Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Planning Professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to develop their career in maintenance planning and leadership. As a Mechanical Maintenance Planning Leader, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of mechanical maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.

  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies and planning systems to optimize equipment lifecycle.
  • Overseeing mechanical maintenance schedules and ensuring the completion of maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safety-first culture within the maintenance team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall plant performance.
  • Managing spare parts and inventory to ensure the availability of essential components for maintenance tasks.
  • Utilizing SAP and MS Office tools for planning and reporting on maintenance activities.
  • Driving a continuous improvement process by identifying and implementing best practices in maintenance planning.

To be successful as a Mechanical Maintenance Planning Leader, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the cement or heavy industry sector.
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance planning, mechanical systems, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Mersin/Adana.
