**Job Description**

  • We are seeking a Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead our Reliability Maintenance and Engineering Team at our Fulfillment Center in Horsley Park.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering leadership to a team of up to 10 direct reports, with an emphasis on growth and development and team member engagement. They will also possess formal trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a degree in a technical discipline.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Lead, support and mentor the maintenance team to ensure site operations are maintained in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
  2. Work with the team and the wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
  3. Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide a high level of equipment availability to internal customers.
  4. Manage local projects or support Australia-wide projects as assigned by the Senior Regional Maintenance and Engineering Manager.

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
  • Formal trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a degree in a technical discipline.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience of working with statutory regulations, data analysis tools, PLC-based control systems, project management or Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma processes, and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
