Develop a fulfilling career as a Provisional Psychologist with our national team.
You will work alongside 300+ professionals in clinical services for NDIS participants aged 0-65, spanning early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services. Our diverse client base presents various diagnoses and disability types, offering a dynamic and challenging environment to grow professionally.
Your role will involve close collaboration with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. You will assess and observe participants' behaviours, working towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce restrictive practices.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans focus on enhancing quality of life by improving skills and independence. You will develop and implement tailored plans, providing regular training and follow-up sessions.
In addition to PBS, you will provide assessments and interventions across the lifespan and presentations, with opportunities for specific psychological assessments like Autism and ADHD.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
- NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or ability to obtain
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's qualification
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and complex diagnoses (desired)
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
