Outdoor Space Creator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Outdoor Space Creator to join our team.
- Design and install outdoor spaces, including selecting plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Maintain outdoor spaces, including pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
- Operate and maintain equipment, including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools
- Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage and train a team of gardeners to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in outdoor space design and maintenance
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred
