Automotive Product Lead

The Drive Marketplace is a rapidly growing platform that aims to become Australia's No. 2 Automotive Marketplace.

We have an ambitious and collaborative culture, with a passion for the automotive industry.

This role is responsible for owning and delivering features for the Marketplace domain.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end product development, from concept to launch.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Delivery
  • Develop and prioritize the product backlog and define user stories.
  • Lead feature launches and manage UAT processes.
  • Actively participate in agile squad ceremonies.
  • Facilitate ideation and feature development workshops.
Product Management & Roadmap
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual product roadmaps.
  • Provide operational support to stakeholders, including investigating and resolving product issues.
User Experience
  • Collaborate with the UX and design team on design requirements and user testing.
  • Ensure customer insights inform roadmap prioritization.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products in media, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in data-related products and features.
  • Experience working with AI-driven product features.
  • Familiarity with digital audience analytics and operational tools.
