Senior Automotive Workshop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Workshop Manager to lead our busy workshop and drive success.
- Responsibilities will include sales and customer service, management of store operations, customer relationships, team training and development, stock ordering and cash handling, opening and closing the store.
You will be required to manage a hardworking and enthusiastic team, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified mechanic with leadership skills to take on a senior role and make a real difference.
The ideal candidate must be able to motivate and direct staff members, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, maintain accurate records and reports, as well as perform mechanical duties when required.
This role offers a challenging and rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, can build strong relationships with customers and team members alike, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
A willingness to jump on the tool with your team when required and ability to work every second Saturday is also essential.
