We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Client Onboarding Coordinator.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with our services.
  • This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to upload data, manage creative assets, segment client information, and analyze performance metrics.
  • As a key stakeholder, you will maintain clear communication with clients via email, phone, and in-person, providing expert guidance on our offerings.
  • Project schedules must be managed effectively, coordinating internal resources to meet deadlines while ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client onboarding and account management
  • Project coordination and management
  • Communication and relationship building
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Process improvement and optimization

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years experience in a client-facing role in a digital environment, ideally in client onboarding or similar
  • Experience working in a multi-channel digital role, such as email, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • Project Management experience and working with a project management tool is preferred
  • Experience working with international brands and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with changing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fantastic attention to detail – especially when working under time pressure
  • Proactive and confident, able to build credible relationships with clients and their agencies
  • Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in script writing/debugging would be an advantage
