Role Overview

This role focuses on designing digital solutions by understanding user needs, prototyping, and working in an agile environment. Success depends on stakeholder trust, clear communication, and turning complex ideas into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect user insights with system design to improve digital services.
  • Align digital experiences with the Customer Experience Action Plan.
  • Use usability testing and customer research to inform design decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance services.
  • Collaborate with service teams, IT, and vendors to develop user-centered solutions.
  • Use feedback to continuously improve digital experiences.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design skills.
  • Experience with customer-facing platforms, CRMs, and omni-channel systems.
  • Understanding of digital experience platforms supporting organizational and customer goals.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Passion for customer advocacy and iterative improvement.
  • Familiarity with voice of the customer systems, telephony, and workforce tools.
  • Competence with data tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a design-related field or extensive relevant experience.
