Senior Lawyer Investigator\

The role of a Senior Lawyer & Investigator in the Intervention & Enforcement team involves undertaking all aspects of the claims process, including investigating claims, producing reports to inform decision-making, and providing legal advice.

  • Producing detailed reports to inform decision-making by the Board and its Delegates\
  • Providing legal advice on matters related to the Fidelity Fund\
  • Undertaking litigation and Tribunals representation\
  • Interpreting and applying legislation effectively\\Requirements:\

    • Significant experience in conducting investigations and litigation in Tribunals and/or Courts\
    • Highly developed skills in interpreting and applying legislation\
    • Admitted to practice as an Australian Legal Practitioner or eligible to obtain an Australian practising certificate immediately\
