Job Opportunity: Investigator Role
The position of Investigator is available within a discipline and suitability team. The successful candidate will handle investigations into complaints about lawyers, their fitness to practise, and disciplinary issues.
About the PositionThe role involves conducting investigations in a timely and appropriate manner, providing good communication with all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include investigating complaints about lawyers, conducting disciplinary investigations, and providing effective communication with all stakeholders.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe seek individuals with strong communication and relationship management skills. A tertiary qualification in law is highly regarded. Relevant experience in litigation, accounting, regulation, or policing is also desirable.
