Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to help shape and deliver our global learning strategy.

This role is pivotal in embedding our new learning operating model and driving initiatives that build capability and foster a learning culture across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining global learning standards and frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences
  • Leading the embedment and continuous improvement of digital learning platforms in partnership with regional leads
  • Driving integration of skills frameworks across the employee lifecycle and tools
  • Collaborating with workforce planning to support strategic capability-building initiatives and prioritisation across the Learning Community of Practice (COP)
  • Refreshing the learning job architecture, simplifying and enhancing role profiles to align with evolving skills and capability needs
  • Championing a shift in learning mindset across the organisation

About You:

You're a seasoned learning and development professional with a passion for operational excellence and global collaboration. You thrive in complex environments and bring a proactive approach to building organisational capability.

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience in enterprise learning, organisational development, or capability building within a global organisation
  • Strong background in developing and embedding learning standards and frameworks
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in managing complex learning initiatives with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a learning culture and support digital learning adoption
