About the Role- Develop and maintain global learning standards and frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
- Lead the embedment and continuous improvement of Workday CareerHub in partnership with regional teams.
- Drive integration of the global skills framework across the employee lifecycle and tools.
- Collaborate with Workforce Planning to support capability-building strategies and prioritisation.
- Refresh the learning job architecture, simplifying and enhancing role profiles to align with evolving skills and capability needs.
- Champion a shift in learning mindset.
- You're a seasoned learning and development professional with a passion for operational excellence and collaboration.
- You thrive in complex environments and bring a proactive approach to capability building.
Key Criteria:
- Proven experience in enterprise learning, organisational development or capability building.
- Strong background in developing and embedding learning standards.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Skilled in managing complex initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a learning culture.
