About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our onsite short-stream inpatient rehabilitation service, you will provide support across Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, as well as Dietetics and other disciplines.

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing high-quality evidence-based care to clients under the direction of allied health professionals
  • Managing a diverse caseload of patients
  • Supporting therapy programs such as hydrotherapy, group exercise, and functional retraining sessions

About You:

  • Ability to work under supervision and direction
  • Ability to work flexibly and perform a range of diverse tasks
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and show initiative
  • Possess a certificate in allied healthcare or comparable qualification or experience working in healthcare (desired but not essential)
  • A desire to join a team committed to caring for others in a mission-based organization
