As a full-time healthcare professional within the Medical Advice and Triage Referral Service, you will deliver high-quality clinical advice and support to eligible personnel. Your primary responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, performing triage, and providing medical advice through the 24-hour telephone services.
The RoleThis is a shift-based position requiring availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts as operationally required.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality healthcare and put patients at ease.
- Work autonomously in a busy environment and contribute to the delivery of high-standard care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- A current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- At least 2 years full-time, post-graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health, or military setting.
- Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development activities in accordance with AHPRA.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification.
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Defence Security Clearance.
