Security Technician Role

We are looking for an exceptional IT professional to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that values flexibility, continuous learning, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, patching, and incident response. Knowledge of security frameworks, tools, and technologies is also essential. A general understanding of technical infrastructure, networking principles, and customer service skills are required.

As a Security Technician, you will be responsible for performing proactive patching, collecting and collating data, conducting health checks, providing technical support, staying up-to-date with the latest security trends, and maintaining documentation. You will also assist in conducting post-incident reviews and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a cybersecurity or related role
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies
  • General knowledge of technical infrastructure and networking principles
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
