Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic people plans that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver targeted HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and advice to leaders on all aspects of HR, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering shared goals and objectives.
  • The ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
