About You
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Extensive HR generalist experience in medium to large organisations.
Strong background in coaching and advising leaders across a range of HR matters
Skilled in identifying and resolving complex HR risks and issues.
Experienced in interpreting industrial instruments, policies, and procedures.
Ability to implement HR improvements aligned with business strategy.
Willingness to travel within the state as required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Job Role
Provide coaching and advice to leaders on performance management, misconduct, grievances, fitness for work, and team culture.
Conduct workplace investigations of varying complexity.
Interpret enterprise agreements, employment contracts, and relevant policies.
Support continuous improvement of ER processes, policies, and procedures.
May participate in external claims and disputes before relevant commissions.
Advise on workplace behaviour and misconduct issues.
Support fitness for work assessments and adjustments.
Analyse case data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Prepare submissions for external claims and represent the organization in hearings as required
