About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic and high-performing team as an APS5 Cabinet Administrator.

In this role, you will manage the department's Cabinet business, coordinate feedback on Cabinet submissions, provide support on Cabinet processes and the CabNet+ system and provide administrative assistance across the team.

You will work closely with key stakeholders and have opportunities for cross-skilling within the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate department input and audit Cabinet documents as required.
  • Provide timely process advice and support to departmental officers.
  • Monitor the progress of Cabinet business and prepare daily reporting.
  • Prepare briefing folders.
  • Track, audit and destroy department Cabinet documents.
