Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team of construction professionals working on a range of projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules.
  • Assist with progress claims and manage external variations.
  • Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts.
  • Manage and track project expenditure including subcontractor claims.
  • Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.
  • Administer the project HSE system.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Senior contract administration level with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects.
  • Industry-relevant degree qualification.
  • Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes and Regulations.
  • Confident and collaborative communicator.
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
Preferred Skills
  • Construction/building contract/commercial management skill set.
  • Process and system appreciative.
