Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Delivery Officer to oversee and drive the successful delivery of high-impact programs, focusing on account management, relationship development, and execution of end-to-end project lifecycles.

This role will be pivotal in managing client accounts, ensuring successful delivery of contracted solutions, and driving pre-sales and contracting efforts.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Develop and implement detailed program plans, setting clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to defined processes and standards across all aspects of the program delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming the trusted advisor for program success and ongoing account growth.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines.
  • Support pre-sales efforts by partnering with the sales and business development teams to define program scopes, deliverables, and timelines.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on account delivery management and relationship development.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale programs across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong background in pre-sales and contracting, with a demonstrated ability to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.
