You'll play a pivotal role in pre-construction, working closely with our estimating and delivery teams to secure new projects.

  • Spearhead Bid and Tender Processes for targeted sectors
  • Develop Early-Stage Project Planning and methodology
  • Drive Tender Preparation and Leadership
  • Conduct Feasibility Analysis and project strategy development
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders across internal and external teams
  • Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
  • Oversight of Proposal Development and submission
  • Client Interaction and Relationship Management
  • Contract Review and Negotiation
  • Budget Oversight and Financial Planning
  • Mentor Junior Staff and foster team development

About You:

  • Relevant Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven Experience in a project management role with a strong emphasis on front-end tenders
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Stakeholder Management Skills
