A Day in the Life

You will define and implement strategies to win in your territory through clinic acquisition and support.

You will manage our territory, developing tailored plans to meet clinics' needs and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clinics and support existing ones.
  • Managing relationships with clinics, ensuring their needs are met and targets are achieved.
  • Creating and updating customer plans to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.
  • Developing education and training plans for products within your territory.
  • Coordinating strategies to support priority initiatives.
  • Collaborating with peers to share best practices and learnings.

Requirements

To succeed, you will need:

  • Autonomy and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the veterinary or animal health industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
