We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Front Desk Associate to join our team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a stable and secure organization that values its employees above all else.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Reception, Administration, and/or Customer Service
- Professionalism and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Computer literacy: Microsoft suite and MYOB a bonus
- Ability to receive instructions and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Sound time management and deadline focused
- A positive, can-do attitude
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Answering, screening, and directing all incoming telephone calls
- Maintaining the visitors log, ensuring that all visitors are signed in and out
- Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Management and booking of boardroom and meeting rooms
- Maintaining the presentation of reception, boardroom, and wet areas
- Keeping track of staff movements in and out of the office
- General support to the administration and management teams
