Job Title: Poultry Farm Worker

A poultry farm worker is needed to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and be physically fit.

This role involves collecting and grading eggs, feeding and monitoring chickens, cleaning sheds and equipment, catching and transferring birds, reporting bird health or production issues, and following strict hygiene and biosecurity protocols.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required – training is provided on the job
  • Be physically fit and able to work in enclosed farm environments
  • Be comfortable working with live birds and in variable temperatures
  • Have basic English communication skills (reading/writing)
  • Be reliable and able to work early mornings or rotating shifts
  • Follow instructions and safety procedures
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly pay rate of AUD $23.50 - $28.00/hour

  • Weekly salary: Approximately AUD $900 - $1,200
  • Full-time yearly salary: Approximately AUD $48,000 - $55,000
