About the Role
  • Operate advanced production equipment in compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
  • Practice safe work habits and maintain high housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
  • Execute operational activities per SOPs and approved manufacturing documentation.
  • Conduct routine digital troubleshooting of equipment and report issues to leads.
  • Maintain training records and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Perform basic mechanical maintenance tasks such as lubrication, checks, and filter changes.
  • Support closure of QA documentation for timely batch disposition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in investigations of deviations and CAPA implementation.
  • Identify compliance or safety issues and communicate with supervisors.
  • Contribute to multiple projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage collaboratively in cross-functional matrixed environment.
  • Adapt to work off-hours or overtime when required.
  • Apply performance tools and teamwork to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
  • Maintain mindset of innovation and excellence aligned with corporate goals and commercial demand.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Typically 3-5+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing environment.
  • College degree with specialization in Pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent.
  • Aseptic experience, Visual Inspection and PFS knowledge.
  • Experience in audit/inspection preparation, understanding Health authority and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers, leadership, and cross-functional support groups.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail while executing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
