Manufacturing Associate Role

We are seeking multiple manufacturing associates for our client in Truganina.

No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided. A quick learner with strong problem-solving skills would be advantageous.

This is a permanent role with an immediate start.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Operating equipment and following production standards.
  • Ensuring the correct materials are available and meet specifications at all times.
  • Maintaining safe work practices and high standards of housekeeping during production.
  • Participating in employee development when requested, and assisting in identifying improvements to processes and procedures.
